Since I wrote my last blog, the team and I have been busy creating the new Spring Menu.
Being in Brighton and Hove there are, like myself, lots of Vegetarians and Vegans so I have added some amazing new options for them! You'll see a vegan Thai Red Curry and a Beansprout Salad that were a staple for me whilst travelling! We have also kept the amazing Brighton Sausage Co. Veggie Burger and Veggie Sausage and Mash.
Its not all about the vegetables though, you'll see plenty of chicken and beef on there too, which is all from local Sussex farms, and i've sourced some Northern Spanish chorizo thats being served with my Family recipe Patatas Bravas!
With the warmer weather (hopefully) coming, i've designed some lighter mains like the Pan Roasted Salmon and the Tarragon Chicken! I've sourced an excellent new seafood supplier and you'll be sure to see some delicious local fish and shell fish specials every week!
I'm also keen to get out of the kitchen and forage some wild mushrooms that we'll be doing some interesting things with!
I know how much you love our Sunday Roasts so i've kept everything pretty much the same, except that our Vegetarian Pies and Nut Roasts are now Vegan!
Tuesday 9th May is the official launch date, come in and enjoy one of our new dishes!
