After taking a trip to South East Asia, I've returned to The Better Half as Head Chef.

Spring is a great time of year to show off great British produce, we've had some excellent wild garlic recently and I'm currently on the hunt for some amazing wild mushrooms!
I recently spent two months working in Ithaca, Greece, where I learnt to cook local traditional food, so as well as British dishes, you'll notice some Mediterranean influences on there too!
